Shop a seller's property to matched investors
One record for investors, buy boxes, properties, listing packages and offers. Matching that explains itself, offers that can't be lost or doubled, and notifications that retry and show their failures.

A ten-minute tour
- Agent. Sign in as Maria. Open the Dallas package and publish it. You'll see who matched, who nearly matched and why, with a number to call, and that an invitation was queued for each match. A near miss can be invited anyway. So can Gulf Coast Home Buyers, skipped because nobody has confirmed their buy box in 90 days, since their old box fits.
- Investors. Sign in as Rosa, Marcus or Tom and make an offer on the Dallas property. Submit a second offer to revise the first; the old one is kept as a version.
- Agent again. As Maria, close offers (or wait for the deadline), compare what the seller nets from each offer beside the listing path, and select one. The others are declined and everyone is notified.
- Ops. Sign in as Dana. Watch the outbox send. Confirm Gulf Coast's stale buy box on their investor page. Turn email off to see retries and dead messages, then retry them. Import the sample investor spreadsheet and read the report. Ask for a suggested buy box for Arlington Home Partners from their onboarding notes, check it and save it.
